Now I can say I'm a mom expert about crossing the globe on very very very long flights with a baby, and my experience says: COMFORT FIRST!
Going from and to South Brazil to any other continent is at least 10+ hours flight, if you consider going to Asia, then that's at least 10+ hours... I have done it a few times, sometimes all alone with my baby, ( +stroller, +carry on, +bag, +, +, +,...) so I know what I am saying.
As I travel a lot, I always try to travel on a budget, and that means promotional airfare.... Not for crossing the globe! Well, if you will spend more then 30 hours travelling make sure you chose a company that you love, has comfortable seats, has good food and most important; GOOD SERVICE!
Being threated kindly is definitely a plus after so many hours flying. When people are confined to tiny spaces we naturally tend to get more anxious and irritated, plus the stress of airports, languages changing, imigration, currency convertions, all that together can add some heat to your travel.
This is the main reason why we stopped traveling with airfrance, who has the one of the cheapest flights Brazil-Hanoi, where the flight attendants were awfully rude to us, and now only travel with Emirates for long flights.
Our experience with Emirates has been amazing, flight attendants are the prettiest and the sweetest I have ever traveled with. Special shotout to Jessica, Dajana and Cecilia, who took special care of my baby during the flight, playing, feeding, taking photos, giving her new toys and let mommy relax a little.
Within all the flights we have to take from South Brazil to Hanoi, we manage to get the full collection of toys Emirates gives away! Naomi really loves them, play and sleep with it every night, and goes to school, so proud with her Emirates bag.
We arrived home with wonderful memories, many gifts, and totally relaxed after 39 hours travelling!
I'm defined in love with Emirates!

Big kiss to all moms out there!!
