This past Saturday 14.01 a gastronomic event has blown Hanoi residents mind.
Fabio Espinosa, a renown Chef from Brazil gave a little taste of the finest Brazilian gastronomy, bringing some new ideas and fresh flavours causing a jaw drop in many local experts..
The event was held at Cousins - Dao Tan which has one of the best chefs in town and a first class service, the reason why every thing turned out so perfect.
Of course the caipirinhas with Sagatiba for welcome drink set the tone for a better experience followed by the best wines from Bacchus Corner.
Me, as a Brazilian, I was definitely trilled to have this food experience on the other side of the world, although the deliver in such high level was definitely a surprise.
The event was organised by NightLife - Entertainment Consulting, a company focused on event planning, talent booking, and general consultancy for bar, lounge and restaurants.
